Stamp Duty Land Tax holiday extended to 30 June 2021
Great to hear that the Chancellor Rishi Sunak has extended the stamp duty holiday by three months in the Budget delivery today in an attempt to mitigate the impact of the latest coronavirus lockdown.
The move is welcomed and is a huge relief by many home – buyers who were facing pressure to complete their transactions before the deadline of March 31.
