Parvien qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has been practising law for more than 25 years. Parvien completed her training in Central London and specialises in the areas of litigation and family law.
Parvien’s extensive experience and success has earned her a reputation as a tough and fearless litigator. She is known for securing swift settlements, often without the need for a trial. Since qualifying Parvien has consistently demonstrated her commitment to providing high quality and commercially sound and focused legal advice.
Parvien was appointed to the Small Firms Network Committee Vice Chair at The Law Society, Chancery Lane London in 2019 and she is now Vice Chair. Parvien is also a long-standing committee member of the Leicestershire Law Society and Chair of the Education and Training sub-board. In addition, she has been appointed as a committee member of the Midland Asian Lawyers Association.
In recognition of her contribution to the legal industry, Parvien was shortlisted as a “Legal Hero” by the Law Society in 2023. Parvien was named “Solicitor of the Year” by the Leicestershire Law Society in 2022. Parvien is also an SQE2 Examiner for Kaplan.

Lakhvinder Singh

Lakhvinder Singh is an experienced Immigration Solicitor with over 22 years of expertise in immigration and asylum law. His practice covers all aspects of Immigration, Nationality, European, and Human Rights Law, with significant experience in advising and assisting a diverse range of clients, including business clients, high-net-worth individuals, and members of the public.
Lakhvinder is accustomed to managing large and varied caseloads of complex matters, including both in-country and out-of-country Article 8 applications and appeals. These applications cover areas such as the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), European Economic Area (EEA) applications, nationality cases, the Points-Based System (PBS), and all Tier applications. They are also experienced in Business Immigration, specifically with Sponsorship Licenses under the Points-Based System.
With substantial experience in appeal work, Lakhvinder regularly drafts appeals skeleton arguments (ASAs), submits detailed grounds of appeal, prepares and submits appeal bundles, and provides representation at the Immigration & Asylum Chamber. His expertise includes private life claims, Entry Clearance applications, the Points-Based System, Administrative Reviews, Appendix FM, and issues related to children, marriage, and Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998. Lakhvinder’s caseload primarily involves advising and assisting corporate clients with Sponsor License applications, Sponsorship Duties, and compliance, particularly regarding sponsoring prospective migrant workers from outside the UK. Lakhvinder also prepare appeals and conducts his own advocacy and representation at both the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.

Ebru graduated from the University of Leicester with a First-Class law degree in 2020. Her outstanding performance during her studies was recognised with the prestigious Linklaters Prize, awarded to the best overall performer in her cohort.
