Parvien qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has been practising law for more than 25 years. Parvien completed her training in Central London and specialises in the areas of litigation and family law.
Parvien’s extensive experience and success has earned her a reputation as a tough and fearless litigator. She is known for securing swift settlements, often without the need for a trial. Since qualifying Parvien has consistently demonstrated her commitment to providing high quality and commercially sound and focused legal advice.
Parvien was appointed to the Small Firms Network Committee at The Law Society, Chancery Lane London in 2019 and she is now Vice Chair. Parvien is also a long-standing committee member of the Leicestershire Law Society and Chair of the Education and Training sub-board. In addition, she has been appointed as a committee member of the Midland Asian Lawyers Association.
In recognition of her contribution to the legal industry, Parvien was shortlisted as a “Legal Hero” by the Law Society in 2023. Parvien was named “Solicitor of the Year” by the Leicestershire Law Society in 2022. Parvien is also an SQE2 Examiner for Kaplan.







Nick Ash TEP is an experienced estate planner and founder of The W&P Legal Group. In 2005, Will & Probate Services was born. Advising individuals and families on all aspects of estate and succession planning, his work focuses on helping clients protect their wealth, plan for the future, and ensure their wishes are carried out efficiently and sensitively.
Nick is known for his clear, practical approach and for providing tailored advice that reflects each client’s personal and financial circumstances. He works closely with clients to deliver robust, forward-thinking solutions, with an emphasis on clarity, reassurance and long-term planning.
Throughout his career, Nick has demonstrated a strong commitment to high professional standards and client care. He is a Society of Will Writers Professional Standards Board Member and has led W&P Legal to being short-listed for the Best Workplace Wellbeing at the Modern Law Private Client Awards. In December 2025 Nick released his first book, The Probate Guide, already boasting 5-star reviews.




Mariam Khan is an experienced Solicitor with a specific interest in Islamic Wills, helping individuals and families across the UK put clear, Shariah-compliant estate plans in place. With specialist knowledge of both UK will-writing law and Islamic inheritance principles, Mariam guides clients through every step of making an Islamic Will that protects their loved ones and honours their faith obligations.
Mariam is one of just a handful of females in the UK to hold a qualification in Islamic Law of Inheritance Jurisprudence and has been practising as a qualified solicitor since 2023, however has been specialising in Islamic Wills for a lot longer. Mariam is also an Ambassador for the Muslim Employment Charter and was Highly Commended in the British Muslim Awards 2019 as a Rising Star in Law.

Ebru began her legal career at Bright Legal Solicitors in 2020 as a paralegal and her dedication, expertise and commitment to client care have been integral to her continued success within the firm. She specialises in family law, litigation, and conveyancing, providing clients with expert advice and guidance tailored to their individual needs. Ebru’s ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and care has earned her a reputation for delivering excellent results.
Ebru is also multi-lingual, and she is able to communicate with clients in Turkish. Outside of work, Ebru has a passion for exploring new places and cultures through her travels. She enjoys staying active by going on long walks and finds joy in experimenting with new recipes, bringing creativity to her culinary endeavours.
Kiera has an extensive background in auditing, compliance and process management. She has also built up a rich knowledge in conveyancing and uses this knowledge to deliver a thorough conveyancing service to clients of Bright Legal.
